ACCEPTANCE of TERMS and CONDITIONS
The globalizeimport.com™ web site is owned and operated by Australian Flourish Pty Ltd ABN 34 007 107 646. The goal of the web site is to provide access to a range of perfume and selected beauty products for sale and delivery to anywhere in Australia.

To ensure a safe environment for all users, we have established these Terms and Conditions. In this way, you will know what you can expect from us, and what we can expect from you. By accessing any areas of this site, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the terms set forth below.

 

ORDERING and PRICING
The products items offered on globalizeimport.com™ are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once you have completed an order form and we have received your payment details. An e-mail confirmation of the order will be forwarded to you.

NOTE: Some miniature sizes and vials may be marked "NOT FOR SALE" or "SAMPLE ONLY". This wording only applies to retailers who are under contractual agreements with authorized distributors/manufacturers, and who obtain them at no charge for promotional purposes.

The prices quoted on globalizeimport.com™ are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST).

 

PAYMENTS  

globalizeimport.com™ accepts most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, via our secure online ordering system. This is the quickest and most reliable way to pay for your order. It is 100% SAFE and SECURE and we have never had a security breach. Credit cards are charged when the order is placed and sent out within 1 to 2 business days unless the item is out of stock, in which case you will be notified. Note we do NOT charge your credit card if the stock is unavailable.

The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is "globalizeimport.com sales"

You may also pay via telephone, quoting your credit card number, or by Money Order and PayPal. Sometimes there may be delays when choosing these methods.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
To cancel an order placed, we require at least two working days (Monday to Friday) notice of cancellation prior to the delivery of your goods. This can be done via phone, fax or in an email provided we receive it and acknowledge receipt thereof.
